Hurry Up and Wait - Day 2 of 5

Devotional:
In our journey of faith, it is vital to remain steadfast and unwavering in our commitment to Christ. The world around us is filled with distractions that can dull our spiritual senses and lead us off course. Just as a ship needs an anchor to remain steady amidst turbulent seas, we need to anchor ourselves in God's Word and His purpose for our lives. Being strong in purpose means staying morally fixed and not allowing the worries of this life to weigh us down. As we await Christ’s return, let us focus on living holy and godly lives, rooted firmly in His truth.

“Watch out! Don’t let your hearts be dulled by carousing and drunkenness, and by the worries of this life. Don’t let that day catch you unaware.” —Luke 21:34
