save a life...or three!
To all of those who have given blood in the past, we want to say THANK YOU! You have made such an important impact for so many!! You are true heroes!
Did you know that the Gulf Coast Regional Blood Center needs 1,000 blood donations per day to support patients in our local hospitals? If you are feeling healthy and well, please consider giving blood. Donor coaches will be in The Harbor parking lot on Sunday, July 9, from 8:30 AM until 1:00 PM to take your precious donation. Sign up below. Your donation can help up to three people! Email Mindy@theharbor.life with any questions.
As a thank-you for supporting patients in local hospitals, all donors receive a $10 gift card of their choice.

Family Summer Serve
Have some family fun while feeding local children
Show hungry children the love of Jesus this summer! We have a Summer Serve that is perfect for the whole family to engage in right from home! Just pack some nonperishable lunches and bring them to the The Harbor. We are collecting lunches each week, June 4 through August 6.What to include in your lunches:
- Pop-top spaghetti, ravioli, or other pasta lunches (nonperishable)
- Salty snack (chips, cheese crackers, etc)
- Sweet treat (fruit cups, cookies, pudding, etc)
- Juice box/pouch
- An index card with Scripture on it (printed so a child can read it) *Do not include any personal information.
Put all of this into a bag that you have decorated for the child. Pray over it and bring it to the orange pantry outside the doors of The Harbor Worship Center.
These lunches will be distributed by Faith Community Church in Alvin every Wednesday, from June 7 through August 9, from 10:30-noon, on a drive-by basis. Some of the lunches will also be placed in blessing boxes around Alvin.
FCC estimates they will need 300 lunches each week! Let's help them exceed their goal!

If you would like to donate the items Faith Community Church needs to make lunches each Wednesday, below is a list of needed items. Please pack them in a bag with "FCC Lunches" written on the outside so we know these are for the lunches and bring them to our orange pantry. We will make sure FCC gets them each week along with the prepared lunches.
Donate:
- Single serve chips
- Packages of single serve cookies, granola bars, or fruit snacks
- Brown paper bags
- Fold over plastic sandwich bags
- Peanut butter
- Jelly or jam
If you have any questions, please email Mindy@theharbor.life.

the harbor pantry
Bring items each sunday!
We are collecting non-perishable food items, cleaning supplies, paper goods, personal hygiene items, baby supplies (diapers, formula, etc), and dog food for area pantries every day. A list of high demand items can be found on an easel near the orange food pantry right outside our Worship Center doors. You can drop off items 24 hours a day, seven days a week. Our pantry is always available for donations!
Even if you bring one can, that can might be the difference between a meal or going hungry for someone in our area.
