Join Us for Compassion Day!

The ministries highlighted here are ongoing serves. However, twice a year, The Harbor hosts Compassion Day — a focused day of effort for specific, short term projects. These projects may support Interfaith Caring Ministries, Bay Area Habitat for Humanity, Hope Village, Our Lady of Lourdes Retreat Center, Houston Galveston Food Bank, and Star of Hope Mission.

Our next Compassion Day is Saturday, October 19, 2019, from 9:00 AM until noon. We have serving opportunities at nine different locations around the area, including many right at The Harbor! Some are even kid-friendly, so you can serve as a family! Or sign up with your Small Group!

Email Mindy.Robertson@theharbor.life for more information

Not sure where to serve?

Being willing doesn’t always make it easy to determine where to serve. We’d love to help! Contact Mindy above and just ask for a phone call. She can talk about the specific, often changing needs of these ministries. And she’s great at narrowing down the opportunities according to your personality, talents, and preferences.
